New builds are great - until you're left staring at a yard full of bare dirt and no clear plan to fix it. That's exactly where this Boise project started. Raw ground, no irrigation, no structure, nothing. Just a blank slate that needed everything done right from the start.

We handled the full scope here. That meant getting the sprinkler system in the ground first - a 7-zone setup designed to cover the whole property evenly before a single piece of sod ever touched the soil. Getting irrigation right before landscaping is the move that most people overlook, and it's the one that makes everything else work long-term.

Once the underground work was done, we moved into sod prep and installation across the front and sides of the property. Proper grading, soil prep, and tight sod seams - that's what gives you a lawn that establishes quickly and holds up. We also planted shrubs and trees throughout the beds, then finished the borders with decorative rock to keep things clean and low-maintenance.

The hardscape side of this job came together just as well. Concrete patios, walkways, and a driveway were poured and finished clean, and we tied in a paver driveway section with a modern large-format paver walkway running through the front lawn to the entry. The contrast between the dark decorative rock beds, fresh green sod, and the lighter pavers gives the whole property a finished, intentional look.

This is what a complete design-build looks like when everything is planned together instead of pieced together. No gaps, no guesswork - just a yard that's fully functional and looks sharp from every angle.
